Signature Homes had the pleasure of welcoming the next generation of architects to their upcoming Signature Estates community in Henderson, off of Jessup and Richmar.
Hosted by Signature Homes staff, Andrew Torgersen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing; Tina Morgan, Director of Purchasing and Architecture; and Doug Hollingshead, Director of Construction, students toured the framing of the Overture model home (Lot 5) and the soon-to-be-completed Quartet model home (Lot 4). Signature Homes invited their trade partners, Architect Blake Epperson and Project Administrator Barbara Zavala of Perlman Architects, for added industry insight and professional perspective.
Students gained valuable insight into residential development, engaging in meaningful conversations with our staff members about how their academic studies translate into real-world applications within nearby Nevada communities.
A special thank-you to Tristan Casco, AIAS, President of the UNLV AIAS Chapter, for coordinating this event with Signature. The local homebuilder looks forward to hosting more local student organizations as they continue to connect their projects with the next generation of industry leaders.
