We proudly hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on February 26, 2025, to mark the construction of the Richard H. Plaster Bridge, a pivotal project at Eastern Avenue and Twain Avenue. Named in honor of Richard H. Plaster, founder and CEO of Signature Homes, this bridge will provide access to 29 newly constructed single-family 2-story homes, a community which will be part of our Trailway Collection.
The ceremony was attended by Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom, who represents District E. As the Commission Chair, Segerblom expressed his support for the project, emphasizing its role in enhancing accessibility and fostering growth in the surrounding area.
The Trailway Collection, a highly sought-after collection of homes previously built in the Southwest, is making its return. This new neighborhood will feature thoughtfully designed two-story homes, ranging from 1,615 to 2,430 SF, 3-5 bedrooms, and multiple upgrades to choose from.
The construction of the Richard H. Plaster Bridge has been long anticipated since the completion of the flood control channel two decades ago. It is expected to be completed later this year, providing essential access for future homeowners. With this bridge and many more projects to come, Signature Homes remains dedicated to shaping Las Vegas’ residential landscape through innovative design and superior craftsmanship.
Signature Homes would like to thank Commissioner Segerblom for being an instrumental part in bringing this project to fruition and for his efforts and support throughout the process.
Stay tuned for updates on the progress of the Richard H. Plaster Bridge and the upcoming community within the Trailway Collection. For more information about Signature Homes and our latest projects, visit our website.
