February 2003 - Signature Homes receives prestigious Diamond Builder Award


Signature Homes was one of three builders chosen out of 15,000 nationwide candidates to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder Award at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas last January.
 The Diamond Builder Award is the highest level of professional recognition bestowed by 210 Home Buyers Warranty, the nation's leading home warranty company.

The Diamond Builder Award honors builders who have maintained the highest overall standards in the industry. To receive the designation, a builder must have a long-standing reputation for building homes of exceptional quality; for providing outstanding customer service and for receiving the highest satisfaction ratings from buyers. In addition to these high standards, the builder must demonstrate an excellent business and personal reputation, and proper warranty performance. Only 43 homebuilders in the nation have been honored with the award since it was introduced in 1989.
