June 14, 2006 - Signature opens doors to Mission Del Rey Models

Signature Homes is debuting four floor plans at its Mission Del Rey neighborhood with the opening of its model complex this month.

Sales have exceeded expectations at the development, according to Melissa Hoodiman. “These homes are a great value. Even without models, sales have been great. We are already selling phases four and five.”

Construction is almost complete on the first two phases of homes and homeowners will begin moving in soon. Full Story
