Margaret Moses and Chris Hayford didn’t expect to be able to afford a new home in Las Vegas, but were pleasantly surprised when their realtor took them to Suncrest. They loved the floor plans and they loved the price.
The neighborhood, built by Signature Homes, offers an affordable home in the north priced from the low $200,000s.
“We are very excited,” said Moses. “Buying a new home is a big deal. This is our first home.”
The couple relocated with a national home improvement center to Las Vegas from Michigan about a year and a half ago. Both have forged new careers and decided they want to stay in Las Vegas. Moses is a kitchen designer and Hayford works as a remodeler.
