Construction is under way on the first phase of homes at Mission Del Rey, with homeowners slated to move-in this spring. The neighborhood, built by Signature Homes, also has models under construction.
“We are already selling phases three and four,” said Sales Agent Melissa Hoodiman. “These homes are a great value and buyers won’t want to miss their chance to purchase in the early phases.”
Priced from the high $200,000s, this neighborhood in the popular north side of the valley offers buyers four single story floor plans with up to 2,163 square feet. All homes include finished three bay garages, three to four bedrooms and two baths.

The dining room is available as a fourth bedroom or home office while the second bedroom can be optioned as a large master bedroom retreat. An optional casita is located in front of the house. With the addition of the casita, an enclosed courtyard is created offering an extended family or entertainment area.
The three bedroom, two bath Santa Cruz plan is a spacious 1,766-square-foot home with a formal dining room, family room and breakfast nook.
The 1,646-square-foot Santa Ines plan features a formal living and dining room, a spacious family room conveniently located off the kitchen and breakfast nook area, three bedrooms and two baths.
According to Hoodiman, the large lot sizes make the back yards big enough for a swimming pool or extended patio.
Homes at Mission Del Rey feature the builder’s ENERGY STAR package, which is standard in every Signature home. This can result in a minimum of 30 percent savings in cooling and heating costs.
