Emily and Dillon Barclay were recently among the first homeowners to move in to their new home at Eagle Ranch. Built by Signature Homes, the four-neighborhood collection of all single story semi custom homes are surrounded by homes of equal size on home sites up to one-half acre.
Dillon became familiar with the homes at the builder’s Rancho Martillo neighborhood when working as an inspector at that neighborhood. The rare expansive single-story homes have proven very popular for Signature Homes and the builder is now offering them at Eagle Ranch.
When Dillon and Emily decided to purchase a new home, they knew they wanted to stay in the northwest and wanted a single story home on a large lot so they visited Eagle Ranch.
The first release of 16 homes, Eagle Ranch IV, at Bradley and Racel is almost sold out. Construction is now under way on the final phases.
It is no surprise that Signature Homes’ Eagle Ranch community is selling so quickly. The prime locations in the popular northwest side of the valley, Signature’s generous offering of upgrades and the development’s large lots are what buyers want.

The neighborhood’s model complex is now under construction at this location. Currently homebuyers have been viewing the models at the builder’s Rancho Martillo neighborhood.
Seventeen homes at Eagle Ranch II, located at Horse and Thom, are slated for release later this year, soon to be followed by 40 homes at Eagle Ranch III that will be in a gated community located at Torrey Pines and Centennial Parkway. Eagle Ranch III will also be offering two additional two-story plans.
“Eagle Ranch is in areas that are still rural with generous indoor and outdoor living space and plenty of distance between the houses. Homebuyers have a sense that each home is its own private estate,” adds Sales Agent Jack Ruggles.
While offering a rural feeling, the homes are still near quality schools, parks, restaurants and shopping, and just minutes from the I-215 beltway for easy access to the city.
Priced from the $600,000s, Eagle Ranch offers three single story models featuring wide-open designs, from 2,824 to 3,643 square feet.
