When it came time to buy their first home, Jorge and Angelica Guerrero chose the Scarlet plan at Signature Homes’ Suncrest neighborhood. They really liked the floor plan and the neighborhood.
“We knew we wanted to live in North Las Vegas,” explained Jorge, a real estate agent with Merit Realty. “Plus, we really liked what Suncrest has to offer.”
