Ruben Garcia-Perez and his wife Nicte De-Garcia decided to buy a new house after visiting Signature Homes’ Mission Del Rey community.
“I was watching TV and saw Mission Del Rey advertised on the Las Vegas Home Show,” explained Ruben. “We really liked what we saw, so we decided to visit the sales office that day.”
The couple was not disappointed. They liked the sales people, the floor plans, the price and all the upgrades that Signature Homes offered as standard. A week later, they purchased a new home.
Ruben and Nicte were also pleased to be able to participate in Signature Homes’ Move Up Program.

Construction is under way on the first two phases of homes at Mission Del Rey, with homeowners slated to move-in this spring. Ruben and Nicte will be moving into their new home in June. The neighborhood also has models under construction.
